Cameron Crowe And Nancy Wilson Files For Divorce

Cameron Crowe And Nancy Wilson Files For Divorce:Rock legend and a founding member of Heart, Nancy Wilson and her director / writer Cameron Crowe husband filed for divorce after twenty-two years of marriage. In documents filed in Los Angeles County Supreme Court a reason for divorce were irreconcilable differences.
Cameron Crowe and Nancy Wilson were married July 23, 1986. They have twin 10-year-old boys. Nancy is looking for joint custody of children and asks the court for spousal support.
Nancy Wilson, along with her sister Ann Wilson founded the now legendary rock band Heart in Seattle, Washington in the early 1970′s. After several years of trying out different names and play in small clubs, they settled on the name of the Heart, and signed a contract with Mushroom Records. The group quickly found success on rock radio and charted top ten hit “Magic Man.” Heart recorded and toured regularly over the next fifteen years. With the growing popularity of the group fell Wilson sisters have started a side project, before finally heart back together again in the late 90′s.
Nancy Wilson is also co-wrote many of the original songs that appear in the movie her husband’s “Almost Famous”. Cameron Crowe also directed such hits as Jerry McGuire, and Vanilla Sky. He also participated in one of the writers of the iconic movie Fast Times at Ridgemont High.
Their divorce brings back the name of Nancy in the spotlight at an interesting time. Just a few days ago, American Idol announced their new judges: Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler. I think Nancy Wilson would be a much better choice than Jennifer Lopez. To begin with Nancy Wilson wrote his own songs, she plays an instrument and she sings live. She does not dance and Lip Sync. She knows what it is like to struggle in the music and not pay a recording contract, because it is a popular actress. She and Steven Tyler will make a very interesting team to say the least. Maybe if JLO is not working, they can give a call Nancy Wilson.
