[217]- Julian Date. The Julian date is a number between 1 and 365, which tells you the day of the year the eggs were packaged. My eggs (above) were packaged on the 217th day of the year (which is August 5th). The sell-by date will be 4-5 weeks (cannot exceed 30 days) after the Julian date.
