There has been a lot of downtime for banking websites these past couple of weeks. First it was Bank of America, the Wells Fargo, and now IBC bank. Both the IBC Bank website at IBC.com and the IBC Bank Online login site at ibcbankonline.ibc.com are down currently, and they have been for a couple hours it appears.
We have done some tests, and the website doesn’t even seem to return a ping result. The only thing that is returned is “Could not find host ibc.com”. Usually when something like this happens, it is because of a DDOS attack or some sort of overload on the server. However we could not confirm either of these.
There is no news from IBC Bank about the downtime as of yet, but usually in cases like this, the websites are back online within a few hours

Hurricane Earl Path Video
JERSEY SHORE — Just in time for summer’s last hurrah, Hurricane Earl, a powerful Category 4 storm churning in the Atlantic Ocean, is expected to deliver deadly rip currents, big surf and potentially tropical-storm force winds as it skirts the New Jersey coastline Friday.
If Earl keeps to its current course, it will remain 150 to 200 miles offshore as it clips the Outer Banks of North Carolina Wednesday and passes New Jersey during the day Friday, but it will still churn up the sea and keep lifeguards along the Jersey Shore on high alert.
Some forecasters and emergency management officials are warning residents up and down the East Coast — including the Garden State — to remain on high alert in case the storm drifts further west than computer models are projecting. Hurricane-force winds could extend dozens of miles out from the hurricane’s eye, so any deviation from its track could spell trouble for coastal communities.
With revelers set to flock to the Shore this Labor Day weekend to get one last dip for the season, Earl’s effects might put a crimp in any early plans. Some towns already are talking about closing beaches to swimming.
‘‘It’s going to be hot. People are going to be coming to the beach because it’s the last unofficial weekend of the summer,’’ said Lucas Fogerty, a lifeguard emergency medical technician at Seaside Heights. ‘‘We’re going to try to let people in the water as much as possible, but we don’t want to make it dangerous for them.’’
Kristin Kline, a meteorologist at the National Weather Service’s Mount Holly office, said Earl — assuming it stays on its current path — won’t pack much of a punch by the time it reaches New Jersey, but it will stir up dangerous rip currents and some big surf.
Although the storm may force some evacuations in North Carolina, as of tonight Earl is on track to brush past New Jersey, staying far enough out to sea to keep rainfall, winds and flooding to a minimum, she said.
‘‘If you live right along the coast, it’s good to be aware of the winds if you need to prepare,’’ Kline said. ‘‘With the current forecast track, it’s not going to cause a lot of damage.’’
But the effects of its northerly march will be seen long before its expected arrival late Thursday into Friday. The ocean will start churning up Wednesday, creating rip currents and high surf that should last through Friday before diminishing Saturday as the storm pulls out, Kline said.
Fogerty said lifeguards at Seaside are already pulling lifeboats from the beach in preparation for the high tides. They’ve also decided they may allow swimmers into the ocean only up to their knees Wednesday and may restrict swimming altogether on Friday because of the size and force of the waves and their potential to create dangerous rip currents.
Rough waters were already causing some problems along the shoreline this afternoon. Seaside Heights police had to close local beaches at about 5 p.m. because of strong riptide currents — the lingering effects of another storm, Hurricane Danielle, far out in the Atlantic.
The U.S. Coast Guard had also dispatched a helicopter and a boat to spearhead the search for a missing 23-year-old male in Asbury Park today, according to Petty Officer Jonathan Lindbergh, an agency spokesman. Lindbergh said the man went into the surf sometime after 5 p.m. and has not resurfaced.

The American Red Cross, which trains the lifeguards on the Jersey Shore, is urging beachgoers to be especially attentive and vigilant, said Melissa DeGennaro, a spokeswoman for the organization’s Jersey Coast chapter.
‘‘Labor Day weekend — the pressure’s on,’’ she said. ‘‘We’re trying to be ahead of the game. There’s going to be a lot of people here.’’
DeGennaro said her chapter finished packing five trailers of emergency supplies — including cots, comfort kits and blankets — ready to be deployed to any shelters in New Jersey should they be needed over the weekend.
‘‘We’re preparing for the worst situation,’’ she said. ‘‘Maybe the eye of the storm isn’t going to pass over New Jersey, but there are a lot of flood-prone areas at the Shore,’’ she said.
The Red Cross also has 100 volunteers trained in disaster relief services ready to go where they’re needed, whether it’s in New Jersey or elsewhere.
Earl is expected to usher in showers and thunderstorms in Ocean, Atlantic and Cape May counties tomorrow into Friday, but not in the form of torrential downpours. Kline said only a quarter-inch to a half-inch of rain should fall if the storm stays on its current track.
Tropical-storm force winds of up to 40 mph will hit the southern coast, most likely from Atlantic City and down, Kline said. Those winds, pushing water toward the coast, also means that area has the better chance of experiencing flooding, which should be minor, she said.
Fogerty, the lifeguard EMT, said Earl should create a surfer’s delight: 6-foot waves Wednesday, and nearly double that height on Friday.
Monmouth County has weathered many storms over the past year and is ready for Earl, said Glenn Mason, the county’s emergency management coordinator. Emergency equipment and supplies are already in each of its 53 municipalities, and the county is providing local emergency management coordinators with regular storm updates, he said.
‘‘We’ve had three nor’easters and four snow storms this year,’’ Mason said. ‘‘So what’s one more hurricane?’’

Allentown Fair Video
Amid the glow of the new midway Ferris wheel and the aromas of funnel cake and farm animals mingling in the warm evening air, the 158th Great Allentown Fair opened its gates Tuesday for a week of family fun.
Families strolled through the barns, petting goats and sheep and admiring the exotic plumage on the variety of chickens. Couples sipped fresh-squeezed lemonade. Children took their shot at the ring toss, or asked big brothers to help them win that coveted stuffed animal prize. The familiar scenes mark the unofficial close of summer, as many area youths revel in this last week spent carefree with friends before returning to the classroom.
"I'm going to see Rush and I'm pretty excited," said Skyler Vassallo, 17, who will be an Allen High School senior.
Hordes of Rush fans arrived before sunset in T-shirts from past concerts to grab a bite to eat and get into the grandstands early.
Julie Greenzweig of Allentown brought her 1-year-old daughter Kaitlin to the fair. They walked through the barns admiring the 4-H Club livestock on display.
"It's her first time and we brought her out so she could see the animals," Greenzweig said. "She loved the cows."
As the sun set and the evening cooled, Alan and Carmen Moyer of Allentown arrived at the fair and took a quick stroll past the cows, pausing to pet one large, gentle bovine on the way to carry out other plans.
"I'm here for the food," Alan Moyer said, adding that each year he has to have a cheesesteak and fresh-cut fries. "I'm here every year, I was born and raised here."
Away from the noise of the midway rides and the first chords of Rush echoing off the buildings, crowds toured the Agri-Plex, admiring the award-winning produce and watching the judging of a cake baking contest.
William Albert, president of the Lehigh County Agricultural Society that organizes the fair each year, said there are more than 9,000 entries in the contests at the Agri-Plex this year.
"If you come to the fair and you don't get to the west end of the fairgrounds, you haven't been to the Allentown Fair," Albert told a crowd of about 150 people under the Music Tent for the evening's opening ceremonies.
Albert said animals and agriculture are what the fair is about.
The opening ceremonies included the introduction of Cedar Crest College sophomore Stephanie Baunach as the 2010 Fair Queen. Baunach is from a dairy farming family in Coopersburg.
Russell Redding, the state agriculture secretary, lauded the fair for its celebration of agriculture. He said each of the 114 fairs in the state is like a patch in a quilt.
Each one is a unique part of Pennsylvania," Redding said.
Albert said the fair has welcomed thousands of guests throughout the years, including World War II Gen. Douglas MacArthur in 1951. Albert said MacArthur took the train from New York with his son, dined on pork and sauerkraut at the fair and later called the event the greatest county fair in America.
"MacArthur was a pretty smart man, I tell you," Albert said.
Admission is $6. Children under 12 are admitted free. The fair runs through Monday.

Real Housewives of New Jersey Reunion
Damn, Bravo gave us the one two punch with Housewives related news this week. First we got the bitchfest known as the Real Housewives of New Jersey Reunion (commentary here), and now we have the “official” Bravo announcement of the premiere date date for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, the sixth installment of Bravo’s Real Housewives franchise. Mazel, Bravo, for keeping us on our toes!
The new cast, which was basically confirmed a while back from various news sources, is the first to include six women from the start and each women have socialite notoriety before getting their Housewives status, so this should make for great TV as their personalities collide. Let’s see who Bravo has picked to represent the glamourous world of Beverly Hills?
Camille Grammer
• What Bravo Says… – Was married to Kelsey Grammer for 13 years (kids Jude and Mason came from that union) and co-owner of Grammnet Inc., which produces shows like Medium, The Game, and Girlfriends. She also owns rare first collections of novels like The Sound and the Fury and Pride and Prejudice. Camille is a triple threat in acting, dancing, and modeling; appearing in numerous shows, movies, and Club MTV back in the day.
• What We Know… – “Was married” is the key word here for Camille as she and Kelsey Grammer were going through a divorce as the show was being filmed. That painful, and possibly ugly, situation could be a focal point on the show, but the real question is how much of that will we actually see?
Taylor Armstrong
• What Bravo Says... - An Oklahoma native who recently migrated to Beverly Hills 7 years ago. She runs her own SAP firm named elmplement, Inc and also devotes her time to 1736 Family Crisis Center, a non-profit for domestic violence victims. Taylor’s brains go hand in hand with her beauty, which she keeps up so that her husband, venture capitalist Russell Armstrong, won’t have a wandering eye in the town of plastic and silicone. The two have a 4-yr old daughter named Kennedy, who has a $50,000 birthday bash this season. Wow.
• What We Know… – Not much other than what was given to us in the press release and the preview clip, which clearly states that she and her husband are having issues.
Lisa VanderPump – Todd
• What Bravo Says… – Another native Brit, but with more sugar than Cat’s (of D.C. Housewives) spice. She’s stayed in the South of France and Monte Carlo, as well as her home city of London (envy her already) and has designed everything from houses to yachts to bars. Lisa also is the owner of two of the hottest restaurants in the area, Sur in West Hollywood and Villa Blanca, where celebrities are said to roam and be noticed. Family wise, Lisa is married to Ken Todd with two children, Brian (18) and Pandora (24). Along with the family are four dogs, one of which is named Giggy, who Lisa has dubbed the gigolo, who sleeps with her every night. Wow. But that’s just the tip of the iceberg of accomplishments, Mrs. VanderPump-Todd has on her resume.
• What We Say… – We love her already. 1) She’s British. 2) Independent 3). She calls her dog her gigolo. Come on! What’sNOT to love about her?!?!
Adrienne Maloof
• What Bravo Says… – Married to Dr. Paul Nassif (of Dr. 90201 fame), Adrienne is an entrepreneur and part of the dynasty that is the Maloof Family Dynasty, responsible for the Sacramento Kings and The Palms Casino resort (on top of other things). While not a Beverly Hills native (she’s from New Mexico), Adrienne has 15 years under her belt in the glamourous zip code and has made a name for herself along with that of her family. Philanthropist and business woman aside, she is all about her family and raising her two sons, eldest Gavin (7) and twins Christian and Colin (4).
• What We Say… – Seems like her brood is a bit obsessive with the botox/plastic surgery, but we are eager to see how much she brings to the table. Oh and her mansion looks as if it can hold three mansions. Maybe more.
Kim Richards
• What Bravo Says… – Former Disney Film Princess in her heyday, Kim is the aunt of notorious socialites Paris and Nicky Hilton and is the older sister of fellow Housewife Kyle Richards. Currently single, Kim has four children Brooke (24), Whitney (20), Chad (19), and Kimberly (15) that she devotes a lot of her time to, which Kyle disapproves of. Oh, the two Richards sisters are not as family oriented as New Jersey’s Caroline’s brood. They might will want to take lessons in that. In other endeavors, Kim wants to do a line of jewelry and water bottles where the proceeds will go to charity. In her niece Paris’s words, “That’s hot.”
• What We Say… – We love a good sibling catfight and it seems that she and Kyle will bring the goods.
Kyle Richards
• What Bravo Says… – While Kim retired early from acting, Kyle stayed in the field, with a most recent role in Paris’s 2006 college comedy, “Pledge This”. Horror aficionados might remember Kyle as Lindsay Wallace in the original “Halloween”. Nowadays Kyle is an advocate in the fight for cancer and is married to Hilton & Hyland realtor, Mauricio Umansky. The two have four kids: Farrah (21), Alexia (14), Sophia (10), and Portia (2).
• What We Say… – Wait. She has FOUR KIDS??!? And One of them is 21??!?!?! WOW!!!!! It’s quite interesting to see little Lindsay Wallace grown up, but it will be more interesting to see Ms. Temper Tantrum throw multiple fits this season.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills will enter our household on Oct 14, right after The Real Housewives of D.C. finishes their run. Until then, here’s a three-minute plus clip of what to expect this year.

Jacqueline tweeted, “No, there is no Tara or love child.Lol!Tamra from OC HW was out 2dinner w/us the night of accident, maybe that’s the blond pple saw”
What do you think? Do you think Joe has a lady lover on the side and had a child with her?
Do I believe Joe is cheating? Yes. Do I think they will get divorced over it? No.
Teresa won’t file for divorce because Joe doesn’t legally own anything or make any money, so that means she most likely won’t receive child support or alimony and might actually have to get a job. And Joe won’t file for divorce because Teresa knows where the bodies are buried. And I’m sure they will get a lot of pressure from their old school parents and family members to stay together. Since “Gumars” are mafia Italian tradition just like huge flashy christenings, a first dance with your baby, and naming Godmothers who aren’t Catholic, I think Teresa will probably just roll with it.
lets see what will be happen after all the story ??
So who is this Tara G.? She apparently, “drives a new Volvo, wears designer gowns to parties and has her own condo, but doesn’t work because allegedly Joe supports her.” Although other rumors are that it’s his brother’s wife. Dancing With The Stars Season 11
Is The Situation taking on too much?
"Jersey Shore's" one-man corporation was unable to make it to the season 11 "Dancing with the Stars" cast announcement on Monday and that's not all he's missing out on.
According to TMZ.com, Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino will also spend less time rehearsing for the dance competition due to his obligations to "Jersey Shore," the MTV series that launched him to fame.
While the rest of the "DWTS" cast started rehearsals on Monday, the ab-tastic reality star will reportedly not set foot in the studio until Sept. 8.
Bristol Palin, David Hasselhoff and the rest of the competitors will therefore benefit from almost twice as much practice as The Situation before "Dancing with the Stars" premieres on Sept. 20.
News broke last week that The Situation would be fist-pumping and beating the beat on the upcoming season of "DWTS," adding to the slew of other projects that could earn him $5 million by the end of the year.
Currently filming the third season of "Jersey Shore," The Situation is also making public appearances, writing his autobiography and is also promoting a clothing line for Dilligaf and a fitness video.
The second season of "Jersey Shore" airs Thursdays at 10 p.m. on MTV.

Meghan McCain
Meghan McCain's new book, "Dirty Sexy Politics," isn't dirty at all -- unless you count all her unwashed laundry on the campaign trail -- or even remotely sexy because the senator's daughter swore off hook-ups during her father's 2008 presidential bid.
"Dirty Sexy Politics" by Meghan McCain. (Hyperion Books)
But the 194-page memoir, released Tuesday, is about politics through the eyes of a young, moderate Republican and "political prop," as she calls herself. Her job? "Keep a smile on my face, look admiringly at my father, and clap at the appropriate times," she writes. You wouldn't think there would be all that much left to say after two years of blogging, tweeting and multimedia oversharing, but she offers a few new tidbits:
* After her father won the Ohio and Texas primaries, Meghan and her mom were invited to the White House for a "get to know you" lunch. Laura Bush? Not so warm, Meghan says: "For Mrs. Bush, this was one more meeting she had to take during the day." Jenna dropped by and showed off her bedroom ("The size of a dorm room ... there was a creepy painting of two celestial babies -- twins -- that scared me"). Worst of all, Meghan discovered she wasn't seated at the lunch (awk-ward) and left with a doggie bag of enchiladas from the White House mess.
* Campaign advisers told Meghan that she might get to introduce her mother at the GOP convention -- if she got an extreme makeover. Image consultants got rid of her "stripper" (her word, not ours) blond hair and flashy clothes, then billed her, not the campaign, for thousands of dollars. "Embarrassed" now that she agreed, she calls it "one of the worst financial decisions I've made." After all that, she didn't get the introducing gig.
* She's conflicted about Sarah Palin, calling her "the most beautiful politician I had ever seen" but "rather than joining us, and our campaign, she seemed only to begin her own." During the convention, Meghan was turned away by a makeup artist who was busy prepping the Palin kids: "They'll be getting more airtime," explained the stylist.
* Five weeks before the election, McCain's team kicked Meghan off her dad's campaign, relegating her to a series of pep talks at campaign offices. Good times in Nashville, where she bar-hopped with country singer John Rich and danced all night "with great joy and abandon and happiness, I'm told, but which I am sad to say I was too drunk to remember."
* After McCain lost to Barack Obama, the family retreated to their Arizona cabin where they ate, slept and decided that Cindy McCain should try out for "Dancing With the Stars." Sure enough, Bristol Palin beat her to it.

The Blaze Glenn Beck
Following the success of our “Restore Honor” rally in last week, our good friend and American leader Glenn Beck has launched an ally site in morality: Blaze.com.
America was created by the people. For the people. From the furnances of oppression and servitute, we have forged one nation under God, where All Men are created equal.
Last week, we joined with over 500,000 Americans to stand up for America. Our fathers have fought to make this land what it is.
We have fought off the bounds of a slave culture, engulfing ourselves in a Civil War against Southern Democrats who were loyalists to Britain and did not believe all men were created equal.
We overcame.
Our brave men crossed the cold Atlantic and Pacific Ocean, on a fateful mission that would eventually save the world from NAZI, Asian and cold Soviet oppression.
We overcame.
We have fought in our society to assure that the most noble beliefs of our mose wise leaders, that America remains a soveriegn nation — so eloquently refined by Dwight D. Eisenhower as One Nation Under God, in Whom We Trust — that will always stand for true values and true morality. That we be a light for all who look upon us.
It is so sad that liberals work to tear our great Christian nation asunder. They try to corrupt our nation with communism. The sell out the values of our children and families for a quick buck and for perverted new agendas. The liberals of America have no scruples or heart, and they are elists. The very Democrats who enslaved a people and have perverted our culture time and time again wage a constant media war.
They try to twist their actions, to make them seem normal. They are not. Now we have one other staunch conservative ally, in addition to the likes of Michelle Maukin or even well-renowned journalist, 'http://seanhannity.com">Sean Hannity. We now have our friend and leader, a man who inspired a nation with a new zeal for equality and justice for all, Glenn Beck.
Glenn Beck has worked to open Blaze.com, a site that will help reignite the fire of the moral majority. Swing by for America. We are One Nation, Under God. It is time for America to take back what is ours. It is time for us to unify to fix our economy, bring all of our troops home and return America to a better place!
It is time to be proud to be an American once again.

BYU leaves the Mtn. for WCC
The current realignment stalemate revolves around BYU and their decision on whether or not to go independent in football.
If they do go independent, then in all likelihood they are going to have to leave the MWC in all other sports. With a Wednesday deadline to make a decision (that could very well come this afternoon), all the talk this week is about where BYU and what is their best option.
I'm not going to pretend to know much about the economics of college football, so in this forum we are strictly talking about what the best outcome is for college hoops and Dave Roses's program. And as we know all too well, that probably plays a (very) minor role in the decision making process.
Jeff Eisenberg says that the best option for BYU basketball is to stay in the Mountain West Conference, and I tend to strongly with that sentiment. Let's face it -- the MWC is a better league than the Pac-10 this season, and it was last season as well. With programs like New Mexico (who has signed Steve Alford to a ten year deal), San Diego State, and UNLV being joined by Fresno State and Nevada -- two programs with their own storied, and in some cases notorious, basketball programs -- it is quite possible that the MWC will continue to battle with the Pac-10 for West Coast supremacy. Don't forget about Boise State, who made the NCAA Tournament in 2008.
If BYU does stick around, then don't be surprised if the MWC also adds Utah State, bringing another very good basketball program -- and even more of the Salt Lake City market -- into play. That, my friends, would be an absolutely loaded basketball conference; one that would be difficult to label as a mid-major if they routinely put three and four and five teams -- which is a real possibility -- into the Big Dance.
But if the Cougars do decide to go independent, Andy Katz says that joining the WCC is a better move than becoming a member of the dead conference walking WAC. He makes some compelling argument. For starters, BYU is always going to play Utah State, who is a perennial NCAA Tournament threat (two at-large bids and four tournament overall in the last six seasons), so by joining a different conference, they aren't going to be losing a quality resume game. And by joining the WCC, BYU would make the league a perennial two-bid conference, with the potential -- with St. Mary's and the recent successes of teams like Portland, San Diego, and even upstart Loyola Marymount -- for even more.
BYU is much bigger -- 33,000 students, while no one in the WCC has even 10,000 -- and could complicate things with the religious aspect -- BYU is a mormon school, while seven of the eight WCC schools are Catholic while Pepperdine is affiliated with the Church of Christs -- but the WCC is still the Cougars best option.
And don't forget about the league's ESPN deal, which allows Gonzaga to get quite a bit more national exposure than BYU gets in the MWC even if it is coming around midnight on the east coast. Hey, I'm watching.
BYU is going to be alright now matter what decision they happen to make.
The real question is what happens to everyone else. Do teams like UT-San Antonio fill in the holes in the WAC? Do we get some amalgam of the non-BCS schools forming a super-conference across the country? Will Fresno State and Nevada be able to afford the $5 million they may be forced to pay the WAC?
Whenever BYU makes their decision, the trickle down will be fun to watch unfold. Stay tuned.

Nate Berkus Show
So when I received an invitation to attend the launch party for the Nate Berkus Show I have to admit that I had no idea who he was. And if you are wondering if mommy niri has been living under a rock, the answer would be yes, with just kiddie shows as my entertainment. When I mentioned him to my single girlfriend her squeals of delight made me realize that I was missing something hot.
After I scrambled to RSVP yes I made my way to the party on the last night of BlogHer. I am always wary of blogging events with some celebrity especially after that blogging show with Martha Stewart, that proper attention and/or respect.
I am glad to say that not only was Nate so good looking (man he was) he took the time to talk to each of us. If I was not a fan before I was now. As I quickly scampered to get a picture with him my sticker name badge got caught in my bag handle and fell to the ground. Nate picked it up not knowing what fell and wrapped his gum in it. Which was great for 2 reasons – he got that gum out of his mouth (love Nate but hate gum at any social occasion) and 2nd that my picture with him looked nicer with NO badge.
What do you think?

The Obama Speech
It seems this President is destined to make the toughest and most convoluted political arguments of any recent occupant of the office: We had to bail out the bankers in order to save your jobs. Our stimulus package prevented something far worse than the current, limping economy from overwhelming us. And tonight: the war in Iraq was a tremendous waste of lives and dollars, and the money should have been spent here at home, but we fought it honorably--for the most part--and we should be pleased that the Iraqis may manage to build themselves a stable society.
This isn't easy. And it may just be me, but the President's discomfort seemed evident tonight--or maybe it's just that sitting down, with his hands clasped before him, staring into the camera isn't his best venue for public speaking. Or it may be that announcing the end of a foolish mission requires a certain stiffness and sobriety.
There is also the matter of audiences, as our soon-to-be colleague Fareed Zakaria has just pointed out on CNN. This was not just a speech for the American people. It was also a speech for the Iraqi people--and the Afghan people. You can bet that the commitments he made to the Iraqis will be front page news in Baghdad tomorrow...and the warning that he gave the Afghans--that our commitment is limited--will be big news in Kabul. Those were important messages to send. Of necessity, the message he sent to Americans--we're going to focus on the economy--had to take a subordinate place in the speech: yet another difficult argument to make. And unfortunately, he made it with neither freshness nor much conviction.
In the end, the note he sounded over and over was about our troops and the remarkable job they did under scandalous circumstances. As he spoke, I could not help but remember the absence of a credible plan when we got to Baghdad, the shoddy equipment, the unarmored humvees, the absence of sufficient troops to bring order to the mission, the arrogance of Donald Rumsfeld, the illegal meddling done by Dick Cheney. Obama graciously neglected to mention any of these.
In even the most worthy wars, it is difficult for families who've lost loved ones to believe that the victory was worth the life destroyed. In a questionable war, those sacrifices ramify and haunt the survivors--that is why the incidence of post-traumatic stress disorder is so high among Iraq veterans. But it is important to honor those who fought and those who died. As the President said, in the most touching line of the speech:
As one staff sergeant said, “I know that to my brothers in arms who fought and died, this day would probably mean a lot.”
And so this speech was a necessary ceremony of the presidency, if a thankless one. The commentators will say the President didn't transcend. His critics will say that he refused to acknowledge the "success" of the surge. But he also refused to indulge in relitigating the stupidity that launched the war. The lines will be recorded in history:
So tonight, I am announcing that the American combat mission in Iraq has ended. Operation Iraqi Freedom is over...
But the moment won't be remembered any more fondly than the end of the Korean conflict. The best that can be said is that we survived Iraq. The best that can be said about the President tonight is that he survived, too, yet another very difficult moment in his presidency.

Dr. Jacquelyn Kotarac Found Dead
Dr. Jacquelyn Kotarac died while trying to force her way into her boyfriend’s house in Bakersfield, California. She tried to get into the house with a shovel, and then she got a ladder and climbed onto the roof.
While on the roof, the AP reports that Kotarac slid feet first down the flue last Wednesday. Three days later, her decomposing body was found. While she was trying to get into the house, her boyfriend slipped out another exit unnoticed by Kotarac.
According to reports, Dr. Kotarac, 49 and her boyfriend, William Moodie, 58 had an on again, off again relationship. Moodie is upset about her death, but wants to focus on the good she did during her life rather than the mistakes she made to end her life.
He said, "She made an unbelievable error in judgment and nobody understands why, and unfortunately she's passed away. She had her issues — she had her demons — but I never lost my respect for her." He went on to discuss the free medication and services she provided to her patients while she was alive.
This is such a sad story. Police do not suspect foul play in Dr. Jacquelyn Kotarac’s death, but there will be an autopsy to determine the official cause of death. What a horrible way to die. It is unfortunate that Kotarac made the decision to try to go down the chimney of her boyfriend’s house.

Brandon Spikes Sex Tape Video
If it seems like celebrity sex tapes are a trend now-a-days, it’s probably because they seemingly are. The latest sex video released on the internet, and published by WorldStarHipHop is allegedly one featuring Brandon Spikes, the former Florida Gator, and current NFL star with the New England Patriots. The video features Spikes and an unknown women performing sexual acts on him in bed and was displayed on Chatroulette, the random video website, live.
There has been no confirmation if the man in the Video is actually Brandon Spikes, however reports coming from worldstarhiphop, as well as other sources claim it is. The National Football League is said to be investigating the matter, under the Personal Conduct Policy.
Spikes is a rookies linebacker for the Patriots. He is 22 years old, and was the 62nd overall pick in the 2010 NFL draft.
A video surfaced today that supposedly shows the Patriots Linebacker Brandon Spikes having rather private communications with a girl, so to speak. This was reported by the Huffingtonpost.
The video was first offered to Deadspin.com by an emailer for $1,500. But the web site refused, as it was not clear whether the tape really showed Brandon Spikes, the Patriots rookie linebacker. Only hours later the dubious footage appeared on WorldStarHipHop.
Deadspin.com commented on the video: “The Chatroulette performance that wasn’t quite up to our athlete dong standards finally finds a home”.

The video was first offered to Deadspin.com by an emailer for $1,500. But the web site refused, as it was not clear whether the tape really showed Brandon Spikes, the Patriots rookie linebacker. Only hours later the dubious footage appeared on WorldStarHipHop.

As “The Jersey Shore” continues in its unrivaled success, Sorrentino also continues to gain in popularity nationally and internationally. He was nominated this year at the Teen Choice Awards for Choice TV: Male Reality Star. Upcoming projects include a book, Here’s the Situation, which will be out in stores on November 2, a vitamin line with nationwide store GNC that will launch in the fall and a fitness DVD which will be out in December.
KURT WARNER – Kurt Warner is the first quarterback ever to participate in “Dancing with the Stars.” In 1999 he emerged from obscurity to lead the St. Louis Rams to a victory in Super Bowl XXXIV. In that same year, Warner was named the NFL and Super Bowl Most Valuable Player. As the ringleader of the “Greatest Show on Turf,” he led the Rams to two additional playoff appearances – including another Super Bowl — and received Pro Bowl honors for three consecutive years (1999-2001). He also earned his second NFL MVP in 2001. Injuries led Warner to move from the Rams to the Giants, and finally the Arizona Cardinals in 2005. In 2007 he led the Cardinals to their first ever Super Bowl berth, was voted to his fourth Pro Bowl and surpassed several Cardinals franchise records, including touchdowns, attempts, completions, completion percentage and passer rating. Warner’s gridiron accomplishments pale in comparison to the dedication he shows to the community. In 2001 he and his wife, Brenda, established the First Things First Foundation, a non-profit public charity dedicated to impacting lives by promoting Christian values, sharing experiences and providing opportunities to encourage everyone to believe that all things are possible when people seek to put first things first. Warner was born and raised in Iowa and played college football at the University of Northern Iowa. He lives in Arizona with his wife and seven children.

Ndamukong Suh Jake Delhomme
When the Detroit Lions took Nebraska’s Ndamukong Suh second overall in this year’s NFL draft, they were expecting an instant impact player. In one sequence of Saturday night’s preseason game against the Browns, Suh gave the Lions a little more than they wanted to see with a rather…enthusiastic facemask penalty while taking down Browns quarterback Jake Delhomme.
The play actually started out as exactly what the Lions dreamed of when they drafted Suh – he got through two different blockers with relative ease and made his way to Delhomme in short order, forcing him to throw the ball away. All of that’s good. The obvious facemask penalty Suh committed before putting Delhomme in a headlock and throwing him to the ground, however, didn’t fly.
Since Suh didn’t actually injure Delhomme, it’s pretty funny – the announcers couldn’t tell quite what had happened at first, saying Suh “might have gotten a facemask.”
Then, when the replay showed the facemask, along with the ensuing choke hold, was comically obvious, all they could do was say things like, “…gets inside the helmet, then he tries to take the head with him. You can’t do that; the quarterback needs that.”
Video of the play below. If Suh can just do everything prior to the penalty – and then keep himself in check – on a regular basis, he’ll be a star.

Quints by Surprise
Just as the use of steroids has cast a pall over many records in professional sports, the use of artificial means of conception has taken the magic out of multiple births. So the title of TLC’s new reality series “Quints by Surprise” raises hopes that this show will be about a family that became oversize the old-fashioned way.
As it turns out, the parents in the series, Ethan and Casey Jones of Austin, Tex., used intrauterine insemination to conceive both their 6-year-old daughter and their 17-month-old quintuplets. Viewers who don’t resent a little misdirection will likely enjoy keeping up with the Joneses, who provide the same visions of adorable chaos that we tend to see in this genre of programming but also have the sort of problems that most people can sympathize with in these hard times.
In the first two episodes, airing tonight at 10 p.m., we meet Ethan and Casey, two attractive former high school sweethearts living with their six beautiful, blond children in a spacious house on a big lot. They say that they had planned to give their daughter Eliot a younger sibling but wound up with five.
Though the picture is almost too perfect, the family’s financial situation is anything but. Ethan is a homebuilder whose income has dropped sharply during the recession, and they spent more than they could afford on their house, thinking that they could resell it at a profit.
In the first episode, the couple decides it can’t wait for conditions to improve, so they put the house on the market. Following their broker’s orders, they try to clear out the clutter, then take the kids to a local swimming pool on the day of the open house.
In this family, a day at the pool is a production. Ethan mentions that they have received a lot of help from “volunteers,” but the identity of some of the women in the background is unclear.
In the second episode, Ethan is asked to speak at his own MBA graduation ceremony. The show says that the offer was made because of Ethan’s “unusual circumstances,” but one can help wondering if it was also because the university wouldn’t mind the publicity. In any case, he chokes up while thanking Casey for her support.
Then they decide to celebrate by having three other couples over for dinner. They realize later that their guests spent most of the time helping care for the quintuplets.
This show has to deal with something beyond the family’s control: the shadow of “Jon & Kate Plus Eight.” One suspects that the constant reminders of the family’s financial problems are a pre-emptive reaction to the kind of criticism that Jon and Kate Gosselin received that they were exploiting their sextuplets for money.
After clearing out the house, Ethan donates their unwanted possessions to poor families, saying that he appreciates all the help his family has received along the way.
Though it’s a little caddish to compare nonprofessional children, the Jones quints aren’t quite as engaging as the Gosselin kids, if only because they just starting to talk and aren’t yet able to say the darnedest things.
Eliot is precocious in a good way. When she finds one of the toddlers’ pants on the floor, she says imperiously, “What’s the meaning of this?”
Ethan and Casey tease each other occasionally. He says that she’s a packrat — in one scene, she refuses to let him throw out some plastic hangers — and he says that she only agreed to go out with him in high school after “she ran out of older men to date.”
That would be a lot cuter if we didn’t remember Jon and Kate sitting on a couch exchanging zingers that eventually devolved into personal attacks.
Even the scene in which Casey wears a bikini at the pool will make some viewers think of the tabloid shots of Kate Gosselin showing off her tummy tuck.
Fortunately, the first two episodes of “Quints by Surprise” suggest that Ethan has a better sense of humor than Jon and that Casey is less desperate for attention than Kate. A likable reality couple — maybe that’s this show’s real surprise.

Sydney Dalton?
Sydney Dalton identity and issue revealed – The name Sydney Dalton hit the top of Google Search and you will think that she is some kind of a new celebrity or singer but the truth to it is that she might be another soon to be victim of cyber bullying of sorts just like Jessi Slaughter.
The only difference between Jessi Slaughter and Sydney Dalton is that his video is definitely not something to really pull some attention. Sydney is a girl who had meet Justin Bieber for a couple of times and probably fell in love with him, as girls usually do.
Then all of a sudden Sydney Dalton decided to upload a video on YouTube as you can see below where she and two of her friends tore down every bit of Bieber poster in her room. This video started the whole Sydney Dalton scandal.
As the story goes, Sydney Dalton allegedly lost the respect of hundreds of her twitter followers, her membership in Bieber Army, and a friend in Stephanie. Last night she got into a rather heated argument with Stephanie, where Steph laid it flat out and said that it was Sydney’s idea to create the video.
For fans of Justin Bieber it might be something to flame about but look at the facial reactions of the girls in the video, it seems that is ia all just for show. There is nothing to be angry about. So who cares if they tear all the Justin Bieber posters, it is their right to do it.
No one had the right to hate somebody for wat he or she does. It is their right to do it and if you do not like what you see in the video then just don’t watch it, after all there is a warning at the beginning.

Margaret Cho
“Dancing With the Stars” revealed its next celebrity dancers tonight during a nationally televised news conference on ABC.
The women are actress-singer Brandy, “Dirty Dancing” star Jennifer Grey, comedian Margaret Cho, Audrina Patridge of “The Hills,” “Brady Bunch” star Florence Henderson and Bristol Palin, daughter of former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin. Cho was the surprise; all the others had been rumored last week.
The men are singer Michael Bolton, Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino of “Jersey Shore,” David Hasselhoff, former quarterback Kurt Warner, Disney Channel star Kyle Massey and former basketball star Rick Fox. They had been rumored to be taking part.
Hasselhoff said his two daughters love “Dancing” and persuaded him to the show. He said “Dancing” would be harder than the recent Comedy Central roast.
Bristol Palin said her mother is excited for her. Will Sarah Palin be in the ballroom? “Hopefully,” Bristol said.
Grey said “Dirty Dancing” fans shouldn’t have unreal expectations about her abilities. “I’m 50. It’s been a lot of years,” she said.
As the short news conference started, host Tom Bergeron joked, “We’re all about keeping it low-key.” ABC dragged out the announcement during a particularly boring episode of ”Bachelor Pad.”
The new season of “Dancing With the Stars,” the most popular series in Central Florida, starts at 8 p.m. Sept. 20 on WFTV-Ch. 9. The casting on “Dancing” is crucial to ABC. The show is the most popular one on the Disney-owned network.

Lori Michaels
Are They or Aren’t They? Lori Michaels clears the air for OURscene cameras, revealing information about her involvement with Staub’s sex tape scandal and possibility of a Lori Michaels cameo in upcoming episodes of the show that has the nation talking, Bravo’s the Real Housewives of new Jersey. the rumor mill has been spinning since Danielle Staub’s appearance on Bravo’s “Watch What Happens Live!” where she debuted her single – a duet recorded with ‘girl friend’ out-artist Lori Michaels, suspiciously named, “Real Close”. when host Andy Cohen asked about the song, Staub told him it’s about “a lotta lady lovin”. Although Staub didn’t go on record as to whether or not her relationship with Michaels is romantic she did reveal that the two are “real close”. Since their appearance together in June the press has been abuzz asking “IS THIS RELATIONSHIP FOR REAL??” and to that we have to say, why not?! Michaels is a beautiful, talented and successful woman. People like Meredith Baxter are changing the game and drawing attention to the subject. Hell, Oprah even did a show about ‘late-blooming lesbians’ in the 1990’s. in regards to Michaels relationship with Staub, the only thing shocking to us is that Danielle can actually sing! Dancing With The Stars
Though the professional partners for this coming season of "Dancing with the Stars" will not be announced until Wednesday, we now know one thing when it comes to Edyta Sliwinska -- the odds are low that she will be one of them.
In a new statement to TMZ, the ballroom pro -- who is the only dancer to compete in every season to this point -- proclaims that a number disagreements with ABC producers have led to her deciding to call it quits:
"The producers' vision of what they wanted my career to be did not meet my expectations. They wanted my career to be the show. I can't be a dancer my whole life.
"I want to work more with my husband and [the producers] didn't make him a big part of the show or very involved."
The "husband" Edyta is referring to is Alec Mazo, who won the first season of the show but has struggled with celebrity partners ever since.
Will you miss Edyta (and her ever-so-revealing fashion taste) on "Dancing?" Check back late Monday for analysis of the new celebrities announced.

Who is Teresa Giudice’s nephew? Does Jo Giudice have a love child??? Find out why people are wondering this after watching the Real Housewives of New Jersey Reunion show here!

We do know that there is a Danielle Staub sextape out there, please pour in brain bleach. We also know Teresa Giudice has filed for bankruptcy and Dina Manzo quit the show due to all the drama. But why did Teresa blow up tonight when Danielle mentioned Teresa’s nephew?
I love The Real Housewives of New jersey and all the drama that comes with those ladies and they certainly didn’t disappoint on tonight’s reunion.
Tonight the ladies brought it, including the usually calm, Caroline Manzo. Nothing was held back, including Teresa’s feelings towards Danielle. She could barely get words out that didn’t have to be censored when peaking to her. And when Danielle asked her if she “acknowledged” Teresa Giudice’s nephew, Teresa l-o-s-t it. She began screaming at the top of her lungs saying,
“Do not bring up my family!”
and flung herself across the room so fast that even host Andy Cohen got shoved out of the way. Teresa is so fired up that they have to go to commercial, and even after that, she is still calling out to Danielle and throwing pillows at her.
Teresa is clearly stressed out these days, as news of her bankruptcy has been made very public. But what could trigger such emotions? I did some digging and it seems that there is speculation that Teresa’s husband Joe Guidice has a love child. I am not sure if I believe it, it has not been confirmed, but she did get very upset and that would be a very good reason to.
I am sure if there is any truth to it, it will come out in due time. Do you know anything about Teresa Giudice’s nephew? In the meantime, check out the picture gallery, along with video of the fight below and leave your comments. I can’t wait till part two!
