This excerpt below shows how Alex Jones of InfoWars has people believing that US troops are training to stop rioting Americans. This deluded conspiracy theorist has people sending him money to continue his ‘fight’ aganist the American take-over of it’s own citizens.
His bid to create a cash flow due to begging his followers to send him money is creating a buzz and is trending news for the moment.
The reason he is in dire straits is not very visible, as he is simply asking his minions for money seems to scream desperation. According to some, he cannot pay for his own utility bills, and decided to get this moneybomb created in order to continue his conspiracy website afloat.
Alex Jones is starting a 24 hour marathon to raise money to keep his Infowars website running.
Jones, 36, has said that since the last marathon in 2007 the audience for the site has tripled, yet money to fund the operation has remained unchanged.
This is one of many “moneybombs” Jones has requested from his followers. It seems that this one is the biggest yet, as there is a concerted effort to push for more and more minions to contribute.
There are questions as to why he needs this money, is it for himself, or his radio show. These questions are being raised by media and interested parties.
Jones has described himself as a libertarian as well as an “aggressive constitutionalist.” Jones added that since his site does not get corporate backing that some such sites get he is dependent on supporters to fund the site.
Starting today Jones will stream a number of unreleased videos over the internet for free.
His Infowars Moneybomb is making top news to the surprise of the media. A moneybomb is a request from a person or a group hoping to raise funds in a very short time from it’s supporters.
The infowars operation hopes to generate a new lease of life from fund raising efforts and Alex will be broadcasting non stop for a full day on October 14.
A moneybomb last occurred in 2007 and the economic recession since then has kept Alex’s Cashflow stagnant even though his listeners have increased three folds.
