The contest is free. anybody is eligible to enter their preferred photo (s) of their children, grandchildren, neighbors, nieces, nephews, etc. There are three categories: cutest, most whimsical and most photogenic.

Photos should be a minimum amount of 3×5 inches and professional pictures are not eligible. The pictures revealed will not be returned. sign your name, address, phone number and age on the back again within the photo. Photo of the kid could be enrolled in a single or all three categories but can only triumph one. To enter, mail or take your picture (s) of Plymouth COA at 10 Cordage playground Circle, Suite 108, north of Plymouth. The deadline for entries is 16 pm, Wednesday, Oct. 20. professional judges will determine the winners at a special event to get held on the Hampton Inn and Suites in 15 hours, Sunday, Oct. 24.
